'It's not over yet': KC Concepcion asks fans to notice PPE drive for underprivileged
MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actress KC Concepcion is banking on her influence to help promote a fundraiser for much-needed personal protective equipment (PPEs) that would benefit medical frontliners in lacking health facilities.
“It’s not over yet... My good friend @gingerserranilla & mr. @albertandrada are continuing to provide PPE for underprivileged areas. You can help them reach the target goal! Almost there!” read KC’s social media story posted Wednesday morning.
She also included a graphic on donation options like BPI and BDO.
The fundraiser’s live tracker shows that around P307,000 has been raised as of writing, just P92,248 short of it’s P400,000 goal.
The “One Love PH 2020” campaign has seen a total of 625 PPEs delivered to 13 hospitals since April.
[Love from A to Z] Happy Monday, everyone! As new cases and death toll rise in our country, we are humbly knocking on your door to help us spread this initiative. In collaboration with @albertandrada, we will be donating PPEs to various hospitals in dire need of PPEs! Each PPE only costs 400 pesos — any amount will surely go a long way for patients, frontliners and our local seamstresses! Visit www.tinyurl.com/LOVEfromAtoZ2020 for real-time updates on the donations! Thank you! Sending virtual hugs to all ??????????????????
